Hamilton Energy - Credit and Collections Specialist
  • New position!! Full-time position available immediately for a Credit and Collections Specialist for Hamilton Energy in Hamilton. 
  • Main responsibility is to perform credit and collection functions that include collecting delinquent account balances, resolving disputes and/or discrepancies, processing credit application and working with Hamilton Energy customers to resolve customer payment issues.
  • The ideal candidate must have experience working in credit and collections, be technically capable of account reconciliation, credit extensions and payment plans. Must enjoy the responsibility of customers and problem resolution. Must be detail oriented, willing to work evenings and have the organizational skills that facilitate multitasking and project planning.
  • The ideal candidate will be tenacious enough to successfully collect the balance and sufficiently empathetic to maintain the relationship for the business.  A BA/BS degree is preferred or at least five years of progressive experience in a business environment.
