Precision Ag Specialist

• This is a new position that is being added due to an

  increase in our Agronomy business.

   

  • Full-time position available at Hamilton Agronomy, Southern Operations, as a Precision Ag Specialist.

   

  • The main responsibilities of this position are providing technical support to customers and prospects with or considering the purchase of precision ag services and equipment; promoting and selling services related to variable rate technology (VRT); and assisting with the coordination of the VRT custom application.

     

    • Candidate must possess the minimum requirement of a B.S. Degree in an agricultural related field,a CCA certification as well as experience with GPS technology. Must be able to identify key growth opportunities by applying the principles of market development, account prospecting, account development and customer service excellence

     

    • Applicant must have excellent communication skills, advanced computer skills, problem-solving capabilities and organizational abilities. Must also have a safety mentality and enjoy working in a team environment.
